Yale 2.0
This hospital is in a place of high demand. It’s not as advanced, big, or resource-rich as Yale York Street Campus, but I do appreciate the parking here. It’s close to the Sherman Lots, so I never had to take the shuttle. Over time, I decided to start getting tickets and just park in the garage. It’s so nice and convenient, you can walk right into the hospital with ease, whether it’s rain, snow, or shine. That’s something I really like about this place.
The hallways are long, and I often find myself walking them when my patients are settled and comfortable. I know some people don’t like that, and they tend to keep tabs on me whenever I’m not on the unit. The unit itself is so small that I often feel claustrophobic. Thankfully, people are starting to understand my condition better.
